Data from any written applications you submit are entered into our applicant management system with your consent. Your documents are scanned in and you then receive the original documents back.
If you elect to submit your application electronically, you make it easier for your application to be processed and speed up the process. At the same time, you consent to your personal data being stored and used electronically for the purpose of processing your application. POET GmbH does not process this data further, nor does it forward it to third parties.
Storing Applicant Data
We store your information in our applicant management system for 24 months so that we can get in touch with you again at a later time if necessary. Your application information is deleted completely after expiration of the aforementioned period. Only those employees responsible for personnel matters and who were bound to data secrecy have access to your information.
The provider expressly notes that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. in communications via e-mail) shows security vulnerabilities and cannot be fully protected from access by third parties.
